Supremely grounding and strengthening, Yogaflow essential oil blend smells earthy-sweet with a touch of citrus.

Ingredients:

• Myrtle promotes deep breathing and balance
• Grapefruit uplifts and cleanses
• Sandalwood adds calmness, clarity and depth

Suggested Uses:

• Yoga! - Diffuse 3-5 drops (or more depending on room size) Yogaflow during your practice.
• Meditative Massage Oil - Add 5-8 drops Yogaflow to 30 ml Almond carrier oil.
