• Grounding Meditation - Diffuse 3 drops Vetiver and 2 drops Frankincense or Tulsi to inspire your practice.
• Warming Massage Oil - Blend 5 drops Vetiver, 2 drops Ginger and 2 drops Vanilla with 20 ml Almond or Macadamia Nut carrier oil.
