Suggested Uses:

• Sore Muscle Soother - Blend 2 drops St. John's Wort, 3 drops Mountain Pine and 2 drops Rosemary with 2 Tbsp Shea Butter and massage into sore muscles and joints.
• Irritated Skin Fix - Mix 1 drop each of St. John's Wort, Neroli and Rose with 1 Tbsp Aloe Vera or Camellia Seed carrier oil and rub lightly onto affected area.
