• Angelica root, benzoin, black pepper, citruses, cumin, florals, frankincense, lavender, marjoram, myrrh, myrtle, pine, rosemary, woods

Suggested Uses:

• For focus or ambiance, diffuse 3 drops Siberian Fir and 2 drops Grapefruit
• For muscular or joint pain, blend 5 drops Siberian Fir and 3 drops Cumin with 1-2 Tbsp St. John's Wort carrier oil and massage deeply into sore areas
