Suggested Uses:

• Stress Alleviation - diffuse 3 drops Grapefruit and 2 drops Douglas Fir.
• Anti-cellulite blend - 5 drops Grapefruit, 5 drops Juniper, 5 drops Rosemary and 2 drops Fennel in 1/4 cup Evening Primrose or Almond carrier oil and massage into problem areas daily.
