Organic Roman Chamomile essential oil is very soothing and gentle with a sweet, herbaceous scent.  Roman Chamomile has higher sedative powers than does Chamomile Blue, though its anti-inflammatory powers are not quite as intense.

Suggested Uses:

• For a teething baby - Put 1-2 drops Roman Chamomile on a Q-tip and swab gently over gums.
• Insomnia Banisher - Swish 5 drops Roman Chamomile, 3 drops Lavender and 2 drops Orange into warm bathwater for an evening bath.
