Suggested Uses:

• Lymphatic Stimulation - mix 2 drops Blood Orange, 2 drops Thyme, 2 drops Lemon Verbena with 1/4 cup Almond carrier oil and massage into area of concern.
• Study Aid - diffuse 3 drops Blood Orange, 2 drops Douglas Fir and 1 drop Grapefruit.
