• Energy Booster - Diffuse 2 drops Basil, 1 drop Lemongrass and 2 drops Douglas Fir into room.
• Concentration Blend - Mix 1 drop each of Basil, Grapefruit and Silver Fir with 1 tsp Almond carrier oil and rub lightly onto chest and back of neck.
