Compatibilities: 

• Black pepper, benzoin, citruses, clary sage, cumin, frankincense, ginger, lavender, marjoram, pine, rosemary, silver fir

Suggested Uses:

• For focus or ambiance, diffuse 3 drops Giant Fir and 2 drops Grapefruit
• For muscular or joint pain, blend 5 drops Giant Fir and 3 drops Cumin with 1-2 Tbsp St. John's Wort carrier oil and massage deeply into sore areas
