Citronella comes from the PRIMAVERA LIFE project in Nepal where aromatic grasses
like Citronella, Palmarosa and Gingergrass are grown by organic cultivation. The oil,
which is obtained by steam distillation of the long grass leaves, has a fresh lemony
scent strongly resembling Melissa oil.
It blends perfectly with pure Melissa for creating a synergistic and harmonizing blend
for massage and baths.
Used in a diffuser together with Lemon, Verbena, Atlas Cedar, or Silver Fir, it creates
a stimulating and refreshing atmosphere. It is also renowned as an effective insect
repellent.
Fennel, Sweet

Sweet fennel enjoys an ancient medical tradition in herbal medicine. Roman soldiers
are said to have munched on fennel seeds during their long marches. PRIMAVERA LIFE
obtains fennel from DEMETER cultivation in northern Italy. Sweet Fennel oil smells
sweet and herbaceous with hints of camphor and blends well with Aniseed, Marjoram,
Lavender and Rosegeranium.

which symbolizes the scent of the mediterranean area. PRIMAVERA LIFE offers an organic
Oregano from a project in Provence, France, where the flowering tops of this aromatic
plant are steam distilled. Oregano blends well with Myrtle, Thyme, Grapefruit and
Lemon oil. Used in a diffuser it is helpful against colds and flu due to its strengthening,
warming, and purifying properites and is particularly beneficial during the cold season.

Palmarosa belongs to the same botanical family as Lemongrass and Citronella and
has a floral, rose-like, fine and pleasant scent. In skincare it is renowned for its
soothing effect and is used for many formulas. It blends well with Lavender, Roman
Chamomile, Melissa and Sandalwood. Palmarosa comes from the PRIMAVERA LIFE project

hay. St. Johnswort is called "arnica for the nerves" in herbal tradition
indicating its amazing properites to soothe, harmonize your nervous system and light
up your soul. PRIMAVERA LIFE obtains this rare oil from organic cultivation and it's
then steam distilled in central France.
Use St. Johnswort in a diffuser, bath, or massage. Blended with Lavender, Clary Sage,
or Bergamot it is uplifting and relieves tension and depression.

Tea Tree

One of the most powerful and beneficial essential oils, Tea Tree oil is steam distilled
from leaves and twigs and has a fresh, medicinal, camphoreous scent. Being a strong
bactericide and anti-infectious oil, Tea Tree is used in skin care to strengthen and
support the immune and respiratory systems. PRIMAVERA LIFE Tea Tree oil, in accordance
with Australian and ISO Standards, contains at least 30% terpinen-4-ol and less than
15 % 1,8 cineol. Tea Tree oil works well with Lavender for skin care or with Pine,
Eucalyptus,
or Rosemary as an inhalation in a bath or diffuser.
PRIMAVERA LIFE obtains organic Tea Tree oil from plantations in Australia, which are
certified by BFA (Biological Farmers of Australia).
